DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

For the Stepup online to arrange to deliver any items that you have purchased, you shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate postal details.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION

There is no Return/Refund policy as all the information regarding the products are clearly mentioned in the description , so please kindly read the full description before placing the order .

Cancellation

The ordered products can be cancelled before the items are dispatched. Please write to us stepup.anewventure@gmail.com with the Order ID, reason for cancellation.

We will check the status of the items, if they are not dispatched then the money will be refunded within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies and you will be notified on the same.
